Many families own farmland they cannot visit often, or dream of a small farm of their own. This residential programme shows you how a natural farm actually runs, by living on one.
Over two nights you work beside the farmer: preparing soil, making natural inputs, planning crops and trees, and understanding what it really costs and earns to farm naturally.
What you will learn:
- How a natural farm is planned, season by season
- Making jeevamrut, compost and other natural inputs
- Choosing crops and fruit trees for your land and climate
- Water: drip, mulching and rainwater harvesting
- The real costs, the time needed and how to start small
You leave with a simple first-year plan for your own land.
