Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations across every paid surface on AgriBoz — subscriptions, promotional boosters, workshop and program bookings, farm retreats, and corporate / funding programs.
1. Subscriptions (farmer, buyer & trainer plans)
Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually). You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
2. Free tiers
Free tiers (for farmers, buyers and trainers) require no payment and can be used indefinitely within their limits.
3. Promotional boosters
À-la-carte boosters (e.g. Featured Workshop, Trainer Spotlight, Homepage Banner) are one-time visibility purchases that activate immediately for a fixed period and are non-refundable once activated, except where the promotion could not be delivered due to a fault on our side. Boosters buy visibility only and never a trust badge or a verification/score outcome.
4. Workshop & training-program bookings
Participation and booking terms for workshops and trainer programs are shown at the point of enquiry/booking. Where a paid session is cancelled by AgriBoz or the trainer, eligible payments are refunded in full. Many programs are enquiry-based with terms agreed directly with the trainer.
5. Farm retreats
Retreat bookings follow the cancellation window shown on the retreat page at booking. Refunds (if any) are net of non-recoverable costs and are processed to the original payment method. Off-platform host arrangements are settled directly with the host.
6. Corporate, CSR & farmer-funding programs
Corporate, CSR and farmer-funding programs are arranged under a separate written proposal/agreement. Payment, milestone and cancellation/refund terms are governed by that agreement, not this page. Amounts already committed and deployed to on-ground activity are generally non-recoverable.
7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. For refund requests, email billing@agriboz.com with your transaction details.
8. Transactions between users
AgriBoz does not process payments for trade between farmers and buyers (or other off-platform dealings between users), and therefore cannot refund such dealings. Those are settled directly between the parties.
