Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for AgriBoz subscriptions, workshops and farm retreats.
1. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually). You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
2. Free tier
The free tier requires no payment and can be used indefinitely within its limits.
3. Workshops
Workshop booking and cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking. Where a workshop is cancelled by AgriBoz, eligible payments are refunded in full.
4. Farm retreats
Retreat bookings follow the cancellation window shown on the retreat page at booking. Refunds (if any) are net of non-recoverable costs and are processed to the original payment method.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days. For refund requests, email billing@agriboz.com with your transaction details.
6. Transactions between users
AgriBoz does not process payments for trade between farmers and buyers, and therefore cannot refund such dealings. Those are settled directly between the parties.
