Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email, mobile number, state and address; Farm ID details (land, crops, livestock, machinery, photos); buyer verification details (organisation, GST number, buying capacity); and payment information processed by our payment partner.

To operate the platform: verify identity, connect farmers with buyers, match farmers to relevant government schemes, process subscriptions, and provide workshops and farm retreats. We use farm-profile data solely to surface relevant opportunities to you.

We are a connection platform. When you express interest in another party, limited contact details are shared to enable that connection (subject to your plan). We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (e.g. payment gateway, hosting) strictly to operate the service.

Scheme matching uses only your Farm ID data to compute eligibility suggestions. We do not submit applications on your behalf and do not share your data with government bodies unless you explicitly choose to apply through official portals.

Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and pause or delete your account from your dashboard settings. Requests can also be sent to privacy@agriboz.com.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. On account deletion, personal data is erased except where retention is legally mandated.
