Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable rules, and the DPDP Act, 2023, AgriBoz provides the following grievance mechanism.
1. How to raise a grievance
If you have a complaint about content, conduct, data, payments or any aspect of the platform, email us with details and supporting information. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

2. What to include
Your name and registered email, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates and transaction IDs, and any screenshots or documents that support your complaint.
3. Data-related grievances
For requests to access, correct, or erase personal data, or to withdraw consent, see our Privacy Policy. Such requests are handled under the DPDP Act, 2023.
