Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how physical items bought on AgriBoz are dispatched and delivered. Most of AgriBoz is digital, discovery and services; this policy applies to the limited set of physical goods sold on the platform — today, printed books offered by Acharyas.
1. What this covers
AgriBoz is primarily a connection, intelligence and services platform. The only physical items currently sold on-platform are printed books listed by Acharyas as part of Paid Knowledge. This policy governs how those items are shipped and delivered. Digital purchases (articles, downloads, videos) are delivered instantly online and are not shipped.
2. Who ships your order
Physical items are shipped directly by the Acharya (the seller), not by AgriBoz. AgriBoz is the payment rail and a limited escrow-light agent (see Section 4 of the Terms & Conditions): we collect your payment, hold the seller’s share, and release it after delivery. AgriBoz is not the seller, the carrier or the manufacturer of the item.
3. Shipping charges
Unless stated otherwise on the product, shipping is included in the price shown at checkout — there are no separate or surprise delivery fees.
4. Dispatch & delivery timelines
Sellers are expected to dispatch promptly, typically within a few business days of your order, and to mark the order shipped and add tracking where available. Delivery time then depends on the courier and your location within India. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, remote pin codes or public holidays. Orders are currently shipped within India only.
5. Tracking your order
You can follow your order’s status from your My Orders page — from payment, to dispatched (with tracking, where the seller has provided it), to delivered. When your item arrives, please confirm receipt with the “I’ve received it” action so the seller can be paid.
Confirming delivery & auto-release
AgriBoz holds the seller’s share of your payment until delivery. When you confirm receipt, the held amount is released to the Acharya. If you do not confirm, the amount auto-releases to the Acharya 10 days after the order is marked dispatched. Please raise any problem before you confirm receipt and before that 10-day window ends.
6. Non-delivery, damaged or wrong items
If your item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is materially not as described, raise it through support (or the dispute option on your My Orders page) before you confirm receipt and before the 10-day auto-release. Where the issue is valid, eligible amounts are refunded to your original payment method from the funds still held. Once funds have been released to the seller, resolution is directly with the seller. Refund handling is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Your delivery address
The shipping address and contact details you enter at checkout are shared with the Acharya solely to fulfil and deliver your order, and are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate — incorrect details are a common cause of delivery failure.
