The AgriBoz Bulk Trade Code
When AgriBoz arranges a bulk order between verified farmers and a verified buyer, these eleven rules apply to every order, every lot and every rupee.
How the money moves
The buyer pays each farmer directly: an advance before harvest, and the balance within 48 hours of weighing. AgriBoz never holds crop money and never takes anything out of the farmer's price. AgriBoz charges the buyer a separate facilitation fee, on the weight actually delivered.

One price, disclosed to everyone
Every order carries a single price per kg that the farmer receives. The buyer sees the same number. AgriBoz never keeps a margin between what the buyer pays and what the farmer gets.

Every price is checked against the market
Each order shows the recent mandi price and, where the government notifies one, the MSP. A price below MSP is only allowed when it is explicitly acknowledged and recorded.

Farmers are paid within 48 hours
Once a lot is weighed and passes inspection, the buyer pays the farmer directly within 48 hours. AgriBoz tracks the clock on every lot.

Each farmer is weighed and paid separately
When several farmers fill one order, each lot is weighed, graded and paid on its own, at the same price for the same grade.

Verified people only
Only farmers with a verified Farm ID and buyers AgriBoz has verified can trade in bulk.

Written terms before harvest
Crop, grade, quantity with tolerance, delivery point and date, payment terms and rejection criteria are written down and accepted before any produce moves.

An advance before harvest
The buyer pays an agreed advance to the farmer before harvest or dispatch, so the farmer is never carrying all the risk.

Quality is settled at loading
Weight and grade are recorded at the farm gate, in front of both sides. What passes there is what gets paid for.

A late cancellation costs the buyer, not the farmer
If a buyer cancels after the crop is harvested, the advance stays with the farmer.

Disputes within 48 hours, mediated by AgriBoz
Either side may raise a dispute within 48 hours of inspection. AgriBoz reviews the written record and mediates.

Every completed order is on the record
The order, each weighed lot and each payment to a farmer stay on record as proof of the trade.
