One District One Product (ODOP) Scheme - Uttar Pradesh

Launched on 24 January 2018, the One District One Product (ODOP) scheme assigns each of Uttar Pradesh's 75 districts one (or in some cases two) flagship products for focused promotion, including a number of agricultural and food-processing products such as mango (Lucknow), potato-based products, litchi (Saharanpur/Muzaffarnagar belt), tomato, kinnu, bhujia, petha and pickle. For agricultural ODOP products the scheme provides support through the ODOP Margin Money Scheme (subsidised credit margin support for setting up or expanding processing/storage units) and the ODOP Marketing Development Assistance Scheme (funding for branding, packaging design, participation in trade fairs and buyer-seller meets, and export promotion). The scheme has been credited with significant export growth for UP's agri and craft products and was subsequently scaled up nationally by the central government.

Mission Queen Pineapple

Mission Queen Pineapple is a ₹236 crore Tripura government initiative to develop the GI-tagged Queen Pineapple variety into a global agricultural brand by strengthening the entire value chain from cultivation to export. It funds improved planting material, post-harvest infrastructure (collection centres, pack-houses, cold-chain links), processing facilities, and market linkages including export promotion. The mission specifically targets reducing post-harvest losses (historically very high for pineapple in the state), improving quality grading, and connecting growers to organised buyers and export channels rather than only local mandis. Pineapple growers, FPOs and cooperatives in pineapple-growing belts of Tripura (notably West Tripura and Sepahijala districts) are the primary beneficiaries.
