Transform Your CSR Budget
Into Tangible ESG Metrics.
Book a half-day, full-day or multi-day retreat on a verified family farm. Your team learns regenerative agriculture by doing it — and your CSR spend goes directly to the farmers who grow India's food.
One booking. A measurable ESG outcome.
A farm retreat isn't just a day out — it's an employee-engagement activity, a direct contribution to a verified farming community, and a documented data point for your sustainability report.
Employee Engagement Hours
Every attendee’s time on the farm counts toward your CSR employee-volunteering metrics — logged per booking and ready to report.
A Verified Farmer Network, Reached
Each retreat is hosted on a verified family farm embedded in a local farming community — your booking spend supports that host and the network around them.
A Retreat Impact Summary
After your visit, receive a one-page summary — attendance, host farm details and CSR programme tagging — ready to drop into your Schedule VII or BRSR filing.
A Real Farm, Not a Theme
No resort dressed up as a farm. Your team walks an operating family farm — regenerative practices, a verified Farm ID, and a real rural livelihood, first-hand.

Questions HR & CSR teams ask us
How quickly can we get a confirmed date?
Most half-day and full-day retreats can be confirmed within 24 hours of your request, subject to host farm availability. Multi-day and large-group programmes typically take 2–3 days to confirm.
Can the retreat be tailored to our team size and objectives?
Yes. Tell us your headcount, whether this is a leadership offsite, a team-building day, or a pure CSR/ESG immersion, and we will match you to the right host farm and activity mix.
Do we get documentation for our CSR or ESG report?
Every corporate retreat booking comes with a retreat impact summary — attendance, host farm details, and programme tagging — that you can use for Schedule VII utilisation records and BRSR narratives.
Where does our spend actually go?
Your booking fee covers the host farm’s hospitality and activities directly — there is no anonymous “vendor markup” layer. If you want to extend the relationship into a structured CSR programme (Farm Connect, School Agriculture), we can scope that separately.
Can we combine a retreat with a larger CSR programme?
Yes — many companies use a retreat as the first touchpoint, then scale into a Farm Connect CSR or Community Livelihood programme with the same or nearby farming communities. Ask us about combined packages.
Your next offsite could fund a farmer's season.
Book a retreat that your team will remember — and your CSR report will thank you for.
