How quickly can we get a confirmed date?
Most half-day and full-day retreats can be confirmed within 24 hours of your request, subject to host farm availability. Multi-day and large-group programmes typically take 2–3 days to confirm.
Can the retreat be tailored to our team size and objectives?
Yes. Tell us your headcount, whether this is a leadership offsite, a team-building day, or a pure CSR/ESG immersion, and we will match you to the right host farm and activity mix.
Do we get documentation for our CSR or ESG report?
Every corporate retreat booking comes with a retreat impact summary — attendance, host farm details and programme tagging — as supporting evidence for your BRSR narrative. Note that AgriBoz LLP is a delivery vendor, not a CSR implementing agency under Section 135: if you are booking this against a CSR obligation, route it through your own CSR-1 registered partner and your CA certifies the utilisation.
Where does our spend actually go?
Your booking fee covers the host farm’s hospitality and activities directly — there is no anonymous “vendor markup” layer. If you want to extend the relationship into a structured CSR programme (Farm Connect, School Agriculture), we can scope that separately.
Can we combine a retreat with a larger CSR programme?
Yes — many companies use a retreat as the first touchpoint, then scale into a Farm Connect CSR or Community Livelihood programme with the same or nearby farming communities. Ask us about combined packages.
