Your host

I am a retired Principal from the Teachers' Training Institute of Delhi SCERT and have been practicing organic farming at Abhyuday Farm in Ujwa Village for the last ten years.
This farm is based on the philosophy of coexistence, Madhyasth Darshan, and Jeevan Vidya. The fundamental purpose of living here naturally is to achieve sustainable happiness by leading a life rooted in coexistence with nature and all living beings.
We are a very small family living on this farm with one Sahiwal cow, a biogas plant, solar electricity, a small tiller, around 200 fruit trees, a compost pit, and a few hand-designed tools and equipment that help us live harmoniously and sustainably.
This farm serves as a simple yet inspiring model that demonstrates how a life of coexistence can lead to sustainable happiness, self-reliance, and well-being.
