Farm Retreat Host Agreement

This agreement applies if you list and host a farm retreat, farmstay or experience on AgriBoz. It sits alongside, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy. By listing a retreat or accepting a booking, you (the “Host”) agree to these terms.
1. Your role & AgriBoz's role
You are the host and provider of your retreat, farmstay or experience. You are responsible for the experience you deliver and for your premises. AgriBoz provides discovery, listing, promotion, booking coordination and — where a booking is paid on-platform — payment collection and settlement. AgriBoz is not the host, operator, travel agent or insurer, and is not a guarantor of your premises, safety, or the guest experience.
2. Your listing
You must keep your listing accurate and current — location, experiences offered, pricing, inclusions, room types, capacity, activities, food, amenities, connectivity and house rules. Photos and descriptions must represent the real property and experience. Misleading listings may be unpublished.
3. Premises, safety, licensing & compliance
You warrant that you own or are lawfully entitled to operate the premises and to host guests there, and that you hold all licences, registrations, consents and permissions required by law for a farmstay/retreat and for any food, stay, transport or activity you provide. You are responsible for the safety, hygiene, condition and legality of the premises, food and activities, for reasonable guest safety measures, and for complying with all applicable local, state and central laws (including any tourism, food-safety, fire and safety requirements).
Payments, commission & payout (escrow-light)
Where a guest pays on-platform, AgriBoz collects the payment through our payment partner, retains a 15% commission for listing, promoting, collecting payment and supporting the booking, and holds your 85% net until the experience is delivered. Your net is settled after the retreat has been conducted and marked completed — not before — subject to refunds, cancellations and any applicable taxes. To receive payouts you must complete your payout & KYC details (bank/UPI + PAN) after your listing is approved. AgriBoz acts only as a limited payment-collection and escrow-light agent, not as a guarantor of any booking or outcome.
4. Bookings, cancellations & refunds
Honour confirmed bookings. The cancellation window and any non-recoverable costs are those shown on your retreat page at the time of booking and are handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you cancel or cannot host a confirmed guest, the guest is entitled to a refund of amounts held, and AgriBoz may recover or withhold related sums from your payouts. Repeated host cancellations may lead to removal.
5. Guests & conduct
Treat guests fairly and without unlawful discrimination. Provide the experience as listed. Handle any guest personal data you receive only to deliver the booking, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not take the booking off-platform to avoid these terms or the commission.
6. Insurance, liability & indemnity
You are strongly advised to maintain suitable insurance for your premises, guests and activities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriBoz is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your premises, food, activities or the conduct of the stay. You agree to indemnify and hold AgriBoz harmless against claims, losses, damages and costs arising from your listing, your premises, your delivery of the experience, or your breach of this agreement, applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from hosting (including GST and income tax, where applicable). Amounts settled to you are your gross-of-your-own-taxes revenue net of AgriBoz’s commission.
8. Suspension, removal & changes
AgriBoz may unpublish a listing or suspend a host for inaccurate listings, safety concerns, guest complaints, non-delivery, unlawful conduct, or breach of this agreement or our Terms. You may remove your listing at any time, subject to honouring existing confirmed bookings. We may update this agreement as the program evolves; continued hosting means you accept the current version.
