Why it matters

Telangana gives every farmer Rs.5,000 per acre before each crop season directly in your bank account. Use it for seeds, fertilizers, labor — whatever your farm needs to get started.

What you get

Rs.5,000 per acre per season (Rs.10,000 per acre per year)

Eligibility criteria

• Must be a landowning farmer in Telangana state
• Land must be registered in farmer name in Pahani (land records)
• Must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account
• Tenant farmers and oral lessees are NOT eligible (only land owners)

How to apply

   Ensure your land is correctly registered in Pahani — update at local Mee Seva centre if needed

   Verify Aadhaar is seeded with your bank account

   No separate application needed — government uses Pahani records to disburse automatically

   Money credited before Kharif (June) and Rabi (December) seasons
