What you get
MOVCD-NER is implemented across all eight North-Eastern states, including Nagaland, as a sub-mission of the National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture. It funds the full organic value chain: quality seed/planting material, organic inputs, NPOP certification support, Farmer Producer Organisation formation, post-harvest collection and processing infrastructure, and brand-building/marketing for organic produce. In Nagaland the scheme has been used to support organic clusters for crops such as ginger, turmeric, large cardamom and king chilli (Naga Mircha), helping growers access premium organic markets domestically and abroad.
