NaMo Drone Didi (Drones for Women SHGs)

Women Self-Help Groups can get a drone with up to 80% subsidy and training to run a paid agri-spraying service — a new income stream for the group.

What you get

Provides agri-drones to selected women SHGs with up to 80% central financial assistance (max Rs 8 lakh) plus pilot training, enabling SHGs to offer paid drone spraying services to farmers.

Eligibility criteria

• Women Self-Help Groups (under DAY-NRLM)
• Selected SHGs with rental-service potential
• One member trained as a drone pilot

How to apply

   Apply through your SHG / Cluster Level Federation under NRLM

   Get the SHG selected and a member trained as a drone pilot

3. 3

   Receive the subsidised drone and offer spraying services
