What you get

The Rajya Krishi Yantrikaran Programme provides subsidy support to farmers in Himachal Pradesh for purchasing farm machinery and implements suited to hill agriculture — including power tillers, mini tractors, brush cutters, threshers and other small machinery that can operate on terraced and sloped land. Subsidy rates are higher for small and marginal farmers and SC/ST beneficiaries compared to general category farmers, consistent with the broader Sub-Mission on Agricultural Mechanization framework that Himachal Pradesh implements at the state level via its AgriDBT-HP portal.

Eligibility criteria

• Farmer registered with the Agriculture Department of Himachal Pradesh
• Land holding suitable for the requested machinery category
• One-time benefit per machinery category per beneficiary within the scheme cycle
