Position: Kitchen Farming Trainer

Role Overview: AgriBoz is looking for passionate Kitchen Farming Trainers to conduct practical workshops and train individuals, families, schools and communities in growing their own vegetables at home.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct end-to-end Kitchen Farming Workshops, from basic concepts to harvesting.
2. Train participants in soil preparation, container gardening, seed sowing, transplanting, watering, composting and plant care.
3. Demonstrate terrace, balcony and backyard vegetable gardening techniques.
4. Provide practical, hands-on training and guide participants throughout the growing cycle.
5. Help participants establish and maintain their own kitchen gardens.

Ideal Candidate: Practical experience in kitchen gardening, urban farming or organic/natural farming, with good communication and teaching skills.

Engagement: Workshop-based / Freelance / Part-time.
