How to Raise a Grievance
If you have a complaint, concern, or grievance regarding AGRIBOZ's services, content, data handling, or conduct of any platform participant, please follow the procedure below:
- Email the Grievance Officer at the address above with subject line: GRIEVANCE — [brief description]
- Include your registered email address, nature of the complaint, relevant order/booking reference (if applicable), and any supporting evidence.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours (business days) of receipt.
- Grievances will be resolved within 30 days of acknowledgement, as required by the IT Rules.
Types of Grievances We Handle
- Complaints about content posted on the platform (trainer listings, farm profiles, blog posts)
- Data privacy and personal data deletion requests under DPDP Act, 2023
- Disputes with trainers, retreat hosts, or farm food buyers encountered on the platform
- Payment, refund, or subscription billing issues not resolved through normal support
- Harassment, fraud, or misrepresentation by any platform participant
- Requests to correct inaccurate information on your profile
- Government scheme data accuracy complaints
Data Deletion Requests
To exercise your right to erasure under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, email the Grievance Officer with subject line: DATA DELETION REQUEST. Include your registered email address and any verification information requested. Deletion will be completed within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
Escalation
If your grievance is not resolved within 30 days, or you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to:
- The Appellate Committee designated under the IT Rules, 2021 (once operational)
- The Data Protection Board of India (once established under DPDP Act, 2023)
- Consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Courts of competent jurisdiction in Delhi, India
