AGRIBOZ Code of Conduct
Last updated: May 8, 2026
Purpose
AGRIBOZ is the Agriculture Transformation Engine. Trainers and farm hosts must protect learner and guest trust with disciplined data handling, accurate delivery, and safe field conduct.
Trainer onboarding and farm retreat hosting are currently limited to verified Indian residents and approved Indian destinations. International learners and guests are welcome where lawful, but international users may not host workshops or retreats on AGRIBOZ at launch.
Trainer Code
- Deliver workshops truthfully, safely, and substantially as listed.
- Use learner information only for the booked workshop, never for independent marketing, resale, scraping, export, or off-platform solicitation.
- Do not ask learners to bypass AGRIBOZ for payment, future workshops, certificates, materials, or follow-up programs.
- Keep online, hybrid, and offline participant rosters confidential and report any suspected data exposure immediately.
- Maintain respectful conduct, non-discrimination, clear safety instructions, and accurate attendance records.
Farm Host Code
- Represent farm facilities, accommodation, pricing, safety, food, activities, and access conditions accurately.
- Use guest information only to deliver the confirmed retreat or AGRIBOZ-approved support.
- Do not pressure guests into off-platform bookings, private packages, or direct data sharing outside the platform flow.
- Maintain safe premises, emergency readiness, hygiene, local compliance, and transparent risk disclosures.
- Protect guest privacy during stays, photographs, testimonials, and post-retreat communication.
Data Protection Standard
Trainers and hosts may receive only the minimum information needed to deliver an approved workshop or retreat. Bulk exports, private lists, copying participant data into personal CRMs, and contacting learners or guests outside approved AGRIBOZ workflows are prohibited.
Enforcement
AGRIBOZ may withhold payouts, suspend listings, remove access, cancel approvals, recover losses, and pursue legal remedies for violations, including learner data misuse, safety breaches, false listings, or off-platform circumvention.
