1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AGRIBOZ, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable code of conduct for trainers, affiliates, or farm retreat hosts. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

AGRIBOZ is India's Agricultural Transformation Engine: Skill, Capital, Experience. We facilitate practical agriculture learning, scheme discovery, farm retreats, and sustainable agri-enterprise support.

Learners and guests may access AGRIBOZ globally where lawful. Trainer onboarding, farm retreat hosting, and paid affiliate earning are currently available only to verified Indian residents using approved Indian destinations, payout details, and compliance documents.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and trainer confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. AGRIBOZ charges a platform fee on each booking as disclosed at checkout.

4A. Affiliate Commission Rule

Affiliate earning is a one-time referral reward. If an approved affiliate refers a user, commission is payable only on that referred user's first successful paid transaction on AGRIBOZ: a workshop booking, a paid farm retreat booking, or a scheme unlock/subscription. Repeat purchases, renewals, later bookings, self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, and off-platform conversions are not eligible for additional affiliate commission.

Commission percentage follows the applicable AGRIBOZ affiliate slab and qualifying benchmark, currently ranging from 8% to 15% for eligible approved Indian affiliates.

6. Trainer Responsibilities

Trainers are responsible for delivering workshops as described, maintaining accurate listings, protecting learner data, complying with all applicable laws and safety regulations, and following the AGRIBOZ Code of Conduct. AGRIBOZ reserves the right to remove any trainer or listing that violates these terms.

7. Affiliate Program

Participation in the AGRIBOZ Affiliate Program is subject to our Affiliate Terms, which are incorporated herein by reference. Paid affiliate earning is currently India-only and requires Indian residency, PAN, Indian bank details, anti-fraud review, and payout approval. Commissions are subject to a 7-day hold period and anti-fraud verification.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Circumventing the platform to conduct transactions off-platform
Exporting, copying, selling, scraping, or misusing learner, guest, trainer, host, or affiliate data
Using workshop or retreat participant information for direct marketing or future off-platform sales
Posting false or misleading workshop information
Harassing or abusing other users or trainers
Fraudulent bookings or affiliate activity
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Learner and Guest Data

AGRIBOZ uses a minimum-access model. Trainers, affiliates, and hosts may only use personal data for the specific AGRIBOZ service they are approved to deliver. Unauthorized contact, retention, export, resale, or off-platform solicitation is prohibited and may lead to suspension, payout holds, recovery action, and legal remedies.

10. Limitation of Liability

AGRIBOZ is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of workshops conducted by trainers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGRIBOZ's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
