What you get

The Mukhyamantri Beej Swavalamban Yojana (Chief Minister Seed Self-Reliance Scheme) supports the development of village and cluster-level seed production by farmers, FPOs and registered seed-producer groups, aiming to make Rajasthan more self-sufficient in quality certified seed for major crops like wheat, mustard, gram, and millets. Participating farmer groups receive technical support, certified mother seed, and financial assistance for seed processing and storage infrastructure, with the resulting certified seed sold back into the local market at controlled rates — improving seed replacement rates and reducing the cost farmers otherwise pay for branded private seed every season.

Eligibility criteria

  • Land/farm should be suitable and registered for seed-grade crop production
