The fertiliser is made available to farmers at a heavily subsidised rate of ₹250 per bag, well below its market price of ₹480 per bag, directly lowering input costs for farmers adopting organic practices. The initiative is tied to the state's broader Krishi Mela outreach and organic farming promotion efforts, including the distribution of Natural Farming Scope Certificates to participating farmers, and forms part of a wider plan to expand organic cultivation area in the state.

Eligibility criteria

• Must be a registered farmer collecting fertiliser through the official Kharif distribution camps
• Subject to per-farmer/per-season quantity limits as notified by the department

How to apply
