What you get

Chhattisgarh's farm mechanization scheme provides capital subsidy support for the purchase of agricultural machinery and implements such as tractors, power tillers, seed-cum-fertilizer drills, threshers, and other equipment, with higher subsidy percentages typically extended to small, marginal, women, and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe farmers to encourage wider adoption of mechanized farming and reduce drudgery.

Eligibility criteria

• Must be a resident farmer of Chhattisgarh with cultivable land
• Machinery purchased must be from an empanelled dealer/manufacturer under the scheme
• Subsidy is typically available once per machine category within a notified period
• Priority categories (small/marginal, women, SC/ST) may receive enhanced subsidy rates

How to apply

   Apply through the state agriculture department's mechanization portal or local agriculture office

   Select the machinery/implement and an empanelled dealer

   Submit land and identity documents for eligibility verification

   On approval, purchase the machine and claim the subsidy amount, credited via DBT or adjusted at purchase
