Approved in 2025 with an outlay of Rs.342 crore, Eti Koli, Duti Paat provides a one-time financial assistance of Rs.5,000 to eligible tea garden workers and employees across Assam, benefiting around 7 lakh people from the tea-tribe and Adivasi communities who form the backbone of the state's tea economy. - Tea garden worker or employee in a recognised tea estate/garden in Assam
- Name listed in the tea garden's worker records
- Bank account for direct benefit transfer
