What you get
The YSR Input Subsidy Scheme provides direct financial assistance to farmer families whose standing crops are damaged by notified natural calamities such as cyclones, unseasonal rains, floods or drought. The subsidy amount is calculated per hectare based on crop type and extent of damage and is intended to help affected farmers afford seeds, fertiliser and other inputs for the subsequent cropping season, easing the immediate financial shock of crop loss.
Eligibility criteria
- Farmer whose crop was damaged by a government-notified calamity in Andhra Pradesh
- Crop loss verified through joint inspection/survey by revenue and agriculture officials
- Land/crop details registered with the RBK or village secretariat
How to apply

Report crop damage to the village agriculture assistant or RBK soon after the calamity

Cooperate with the joint inspection team that assesses extent of loss

Receive the input subsidy directly into your bank account once the claim is approved
