The scheme aims to improve water-use efficiency, particularly for horticulture, plantation and other water-sensitive crops grown across the state's drought-prone districts.

• Farmer with assured water source (borewell/canal/tank) and suitable crop for micro-irrigation
• Land records in the applicant's name in Andhra Pradesh
• Subsidy rate and ceiling vary by land category and crop type

How to apply

   Apply through the Horticulture or Agriculture department portal or visit the RBK/horticulture office

   Install the approved drip/sprinkler system through an empanelled vendor and claim the subsidy after verification
